Players connected one-on-one with Shout clinicians during titles like Fall Guys and Apex Legends. A Twitch launch with influencers like Jaackmaate helped normalize asking for help.

Every session was booked; 58% had never sought support before, and 60% felt more comfortable opening up while gaming.
